Yes. Pickup is always free with every storage booking. We arrange it with about a day's notice at a time that suits you, subject to availability.

Return delivery is $39 per trip (including partial returns) within the service area, and it can go to a new address. Collecting yourself is free, and access to your storage can be arranged at no cost.

Yes. The minimum total for a storage booking is $49. It's the least you'll pay in total, not an extra fee.

From one day, for as long as you need. You pay for your chosen period upfront, and pay before any extension begins. Longer stays are discounted automatically: 5% over 1 month, 7% from 2 months, 10% from 3 months.

Our approximate service area is measured from South Bank and may extend to around 70 minutes. The $39 return price applies within about an hour. We confirm travel time and availability for each enquiry.

No. An enquiry isn't a booking. We'll confirm availability, coverage and arrangements with you before anything is final.
