Privacy
Your privacy matters.
Last updated September 2026
This preliminary privacy notice explains how the UniCube website handles information. A complete privacy policy will be finalised before booking, account or payment features are introduced.
Estimates and requests
When you send an enquiry through the website (storage, moving, Get Started, contact or a suggestion), we store your name, contact details and message in our database (hosted by Supabase) and send a copy to our business inbox (Zoho Mail), so we can reply. We only use these details to respond to your enquiry. If you choose WhatsApp instead, your message is handled through WhatsApp.
Newsletter and the Get Started roadmap
If you subscribe, we store your email address (and first name, if you give it), together with the wording you agreed to and when, to send you guides and the roadmap. Our emails are sent through our email marketing service (Zoho Campaigns). We don't sell or share your details with anyone else. You can unsubscribe at any time from the link in any email or on our unsubscribe page.
Ask UniCube
Ask UniCube doesn't require an account. Your questions are sent to our servers and to our AI provider (OpenAI) to generate an answer, but aren't linked to your identity. Please don't include personal details like passport or bank numbers in your questions.
